The Victoria Ballroom Dance Society offers weekly practices. While most are for members, the Tuesday night practice welcomes non-members for a $5 drop-in fee. See VBDS Practices for further details regarding location and times.

There are two main styles of Ballroom Dancing: International and American. The International style follows a formalized syllabus with specific figures taught at every stage of a student's development in Standard and Latin dances.

Our city is also home to a lively Swing dance community. Weekly lessons in Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa and Shag are taught at Red Hot Swing.
